Bench Top Furnace

These furnaces are designed for general use in tool rooms, model shops, laboratories or production factories where quick turnaround heat treating from 300° F to 2250° F are required.

The bench top convenience allows the furnace to be moved easily to wherever needed. Their heavy duty construction ensures the operator of reliable, quality results with every use.

Over-Under Dual Furnace

 

The space saving "dual" furnace offers a heat treating/hardening furnace to 2250° F, an independently operated tempering/drawing furnace to 1250° F and optional roll away quench tank all within one single attractive unit.

The dual chamber design allows for efficiently tempering or drawing immediately after quenching without waiting for the high temperature hardening furnace to cool to the lower temperature required. This versatile dual unit will allow complete in-house heat treating with quality results at your complete control.

Production Box Furnace

These large capacity batch style box furnaces are used for production heat treating, pre­heating welds, mold heating, wax burnout, ceramic firing, epoxy bonding, and many other uses. These furnaces are suitable (or various types of heat processing that require temperatures from 300" F to 2250' F.

 

 

FEATURES

• Space saving vertical rising door counter weighted for ease of operation.

• Ceramic fiber lined with our own proprietary "Fibertech" panel type construction.

• Gas or electric fired.

• Double shelled construction for cool furnace exterior.

• Heavy duty dense refractory hearth for heavy production loads.

Top Opening Furnace

Top loading furnaces are designed for heat treating metals, glass and quartz annealing, ceramics firing, and high temperature heat treating up to 2250' F. Due to the construction, these units offer a large volume at a lower cost. These units can be equipped with inert atmosphere chambers that hold gases such as nitrogen or argon well when the door is opened or closed This feature makes this furnace popular for annealing copper.
